There are present so many different types and classes of food in the market now a days. Classes that may end up confusing you and making you wonder in regards to what is what. If, like i am , you are any kind of foodie, youwill think of a phrase like super food and will have your own associations. Super food to me is food that you indulge in when you have the munchies or food that in a way gives you the munchiesas you cannot stop eating it once you start.
